In the food product field, significant factors are nutrition, taste, flavor and mouth-feel. To analyze these factors, JEOL instruments such as MS and NMR systems, Amino Acid Analyzers and SEMs are used for a number of applications. In addition, to verify safe foods, JEOL SEMs with elemental analysis capability and X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometers are suitable for analysis of foreign materials.
