displace
原義は「外へ置く」。1.通常の場所から他の場所に「(強制的に)移動させる、移す」、2.転位や積層欠陥などが、格子点から原子を「移動させる(変位させる)」という意味で使う。

1-1) In the dark-field method, the objective aperture is displaced so that the image is formed not by the incident electron beam but by an appropriate diffracted beam.
暗視野法では、対物絞りが移動され、像が入射電子ビームではなく適切な回折ビームで形成されるようにされる。
